Parents Guide
Sex None
No nudity nothing whatsoever not even a kiss.
Bo-Katan wears a fighters uniform uniform that hugs her curves, this is never in a sexual way and shows no skin.
Bo-Katan's backside is often the focal point of her character when she is onscreen. The camera follows her from behind as she walks so as to show her butt moving.
Violence Moderate
We see a man get cut in half. The action happens offscreen, but his legs are seen briefly after it occurs.
Not very violent. There is no blood or gore, but some of the deaths are pretty brutal. These including being burned to death, being cut in half, a hammer being smashed into a stormtroopers face (all you see is helmet fragments flying through the air).
The mandalorian has a rifle and shoots another man. The man is instantly disintegrated.
Jawas are shown being disintegrated after being shot by The Mandalorian's rifle. Not graphic.
The Mandalorian kills a large animal by stabbing it in the neck. Nothing majorly graphic is shown
Carl Weather's character gets two giant gashes down his arm exposing muscle and blood but The Child heals him and the wounds close. It's dimly lit so all we see is the cuts.
Scout troopers punch the child for either biting their finger, or because he was squirming too much. This scene is either intense or comical depending on how you feel about it.
The Child force chokes a woman. She is saved however.
A man gets head trauma. Blood is seen on a woman's hand after she checks his wound.
It ranges from mild to moderate. The most violent sequences are either cut away from or shown very briefly. Characters are shot (occasionally in the head), stabbed, burned, and blown up. The Mandalorian's rifle shoots powerful blasts that incinerate enemies.
Profanity None
"God," "hell," and one use of "d**n" in Chapter 10 respectively.
"d**n" and 'hell" are used throughout the series." "Ass" is used a few times, and "Jackass" is used once.
The show contains rarely minor coarse language, such as "hell", and "god". In "Chapter 10: The Passenger", "d**n" is used once.
Drugs None
In the background of the bar in Nevarro, you can see alien-like creatures drinking what is most likely, alcohol.
Frightening Scenes Moderate
A child is aimed at by the sniper of a bounty hunter. While the bounty hunter misses and the child is unharmed this scene is still intense.
The main character is critically injured and must have his helmet removed in order to survive despite his reluctance. We see his helmet being removed, revealing his bloodied and bruised face, and is sprayed with a bacta spray, healing him. This scene can be nerve-wracking and distressing.
A monster vomits continuously for 2 minutes.
The appearance of the spiders in an episode may be frightening to some. Some spiders are large and have spiky teeth.
Moff Gideon attempts to commit suicide after trying to kill Grogu
The show depicts villagers including small children being violently attacked and terrorized by a band of marauders.
The TV show has a dark tone.
During the Finale of the first season, the main character (The Mandalorian) discovers an aftermath of a slaughter where many of his fellow Mandalorian destroyed and discarded suits are discovered; suggesting a massacre at the hands of his enemy. This scene may be distressing for many, given The Mandalorian's closeness to the deceased and the horrific manner in which the Imperials would have killed the fellow Mandalorians.
In one scene, the Child is unconscious and is then kidnapped by Moff Gideon's dark stormtroopers. The Mandalorian is clearly in distress, and this scene may be a bit upsetting to viewers.
The death of kuiil might be sad for most.
